I am officially halfway there!!! I'm dreading the next 20 weeks since there aren't any holidays or events coming up to help the time pass by quickly. I have a feeling from now to May it will feel like an eternity.
Jesse and I woke up on Christmas and opened our surprise gender envelope. We are excited to say that we are having a GIRL! We are extremely happy, as you can imagine, and continue to pray for an uneventful pregnancy and a healthy baby. We have chosen the name Molly and we are working on a middle name. So far we have either Elise/Elyse, which is a variant of my Mom's middle name (Eloise) and my middle name (Elissa) or Rose, which is Jesse's Grandma's middle name. We've got time so we will continue to ponder on the middle name for a while.
We had a great Christmas ... we were blessed with 2 nieces and 1 nephew on December 22. They arrived by surprise at 29 1/2 weeks. Alyssa, Brandon, Cassandra and momma are doing amazingly well. Such an absolute miracle and reminder that God is in control. My Mom and Dale drove to visit us from Michigan and even though we had a short visit it was great to spend Christmas with both of them.
